I am very happy to give this company a 5 star review. Jorge and Alex are terrific professionals and gave a detailed explanation of the roofing process. Highly recommend Innovative Contractors. They just installed a new roof for us and it was a very professional job from start to finish. Jorge and Alec provided excellent pre- install communication and education and their whole, in-company team of installers are very experienced. Jorge was on-site or nearby during the whole job keeping the work flowing smoothly. The work area was kept tidy and cleanup was complete. Both of them were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I always felt informed and comfortable with the work being done. Their crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my property with care. The attention to detail was impressive — the shingles were perfectly aligned, the flashing was done with precision, and they made sure the ventilation and underlying structure were properly addressed.
